Shopping Information

When will you ship my order?
Boxes go out between the 10th-15th of each month. Kits ship within 5 days unless it is a special event support kit.
How long will it take to arrive?
Usually 2-7 business days.

Orders and Subscription Management

How can I check my order status?
Go to “My Account” at the top of the page. When you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.
Can I change my subscription?
Sure! Login to your account and click "Manage Subscription". From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, cancel or reactivate your subscription. You can also access "Manage Subscription" from your order confirmation email.
How do I track an order?
After your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the My Accounts links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
When will I receive my credit?
Typically, credits take 7-10 business days to post from the time we process them. Depending on your bank, it may not show on your account until your next billing statement.
